Directions: bring 12 cups of water to a boil, if you’re adding meat, see the note to the right... then pour entire contents into water. boil for 10 minutes, simmer for 15 minutes or until veggies are tender.
Note: add 2 chicken breasts to the boiling water before the soup contents. let meat boil for 10 minutes before adding the soup. the meat will finish cooking with the soup, while soaking up the flavors. once cooked through, remove from soup and shred, then re-add to soup.
